The IRS requires all volunteers to take their certification tests on their certification site, Link and Learn, no longer allowing paper tests and answer sheets. Contact volunteer@refundohio.org for information if you need help accessing Link and Learn and their Practice Lab. Link & Learn also has e-Learning lessons, covering a wide array of topics. Find these courses here.
*Please note, this is an IRS site and the Coalition is not able to recover any log-in information.
